These terms apply to appointments and treatments provided by Empire Hair & Beauty Salon. By booking with us, you agree to the points set out below. They are designed to keep things clear and fair for everyone.
Booking & confirmation
Appointments can be made by telephone, by message or through our enquiry form. Your appointment is confirmed once we have agreed a date and time with you. For certain colour and consultation-led appointments we may request a deposit to secure your booking.
Consultations
Some treatments — particularly colour correction and major colour changes — require a consultation and, where appropriate, a patch or strand test before your appointment. This is for your safety and to ensure the best possible result. Tests must be carried out within the timeframe we advise.
Cancellations & changes
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange, so we can offer the time to another client. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of a deposit or a charge towards the reserved time.
Pricing
Prices listed on our website are a guide and start from the figure shown. The final price depends on factors such as hair length, condition and the specific treatment chosen, and will always be confirmed with you before we begin.
Your satisfaction
Your happiness matters to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your treatment, please let us know within seven days and we will do everything reasonable to put it right. We are unable to offer refunds on completed services but will always work with you to reach a fair outcome.
Liability
Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions or medications that may affect your treatment. We cannot accept liability for reactions where relevant information was not disclosed at consultation.
